AIDS FOR SELF-EMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS WITH DEPENDENTS

AYUDAS PARA AUTÓNOMOS

If you are a self-employed individual with dependents, you can access bonuses for work-life balance linked to hiring. There are aids available for self-employed individuals with dependents , granting them a bonus of up to 100% on the common contingency contribution for one year.

Who can apply for it?

Self-employed individuals who have dependents under the age of 12 or relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity in a situation of dependency can apply for this aid.

In the case of dependents with disabilities, it is important to note that the disability must be duly certified.

The recognized percentage of enabling disability for the bonus will vary depending on whether it is a physical or sensory disability. If the self-employed individual has dependents with cerebral palsy, mental illness, or intellectual disability with a disability degree of at least 33%, the percentage will be determined. If the disability is physical or sensory, the percentage will be 65%. In these cases, the family member must also have a consanguinity or affinity up to the second degree and cannot engage in any activity that involves any form of salary or remuneration.

The bonus is compatible with other aids for self-employed individuals.

How can the bonus be accessed?

The self-employed individual must be up to date with their tax obligations. They must also remain registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA) during the time they receive the aid and maintain their registration with the Social Security for at least the following 6 months.

They must, of course, hire an employee who will perform their activity on a part-time or full-time basis. This contract must remain in effect for the duration of the bonus, with a minimum of 3 months.

The self-employed individual can receive a bonus of up to 100% on their self-employed contribution for common contingencies. This bonus will be reduced to 50% for part-time contracts.

The aid can be enjoyed for a total of 12 months.

Furthermore, unless in exceptional cases, the self-employed individual cannot have other employees under their charge at the time of applying or have had them in the 12 months prior to this action.
