For coworkers residing in our center, we offer the following plans for permanent workstations. These are contract-based plans, providing stability and savings. Additionally, if the contracted stay is six months or longer, you will enjoy exclusive benefits and full access to all coworking services, such as complimentary use of the meeting room for a set number of hours per week and placement of your corporate logo at the entrance.

For non-resident coworkers, we also offer rates for flexible workstation use and short-stay rates, with no contract or commitment required. These rates are designed for professionals who need occasional access to the center’s services for any reason (professionals visiting Santiago who need a workspace, occasional use, etc.). Unlike rates with a minimum six-month stay, these flexible and short-term rates do not include complimentary use of meeting rooms or logo visibility on the entrance signage.
